Am: Another 20 minutes in the morning. We had a sweet talk about Knights Templars and Secret Societies. Race day

Pm: 3200 m race at Herriman Invite. I didn't do that great. I don't know my official time yet but I know it wasn't close to my goal. The last 800 was decent, but the rest could've been better. I just need to learn from it and come out with a positive attitude. I had some good passes.

Math Problem of the Day: Alex The Lion is the closest to qualifying in the 3200 for Pine View right now. If he ran a 9:59.52 and state qualifying time is 9:59.14, how much faster per lap must he run to qualify?

Add an option b with Paul's .06 off in the 800. That one is easier for me because it is only 2 laps.

.0475 seconds faster a lap
