Total Distance
8.10

Am: 2.8 miles just nice and relaxing. Feeling good and ready for Herriman. 20 min

Pm: Swag shoe run. We left a water bottle/cooler and a bag of sweet chili sunflower seeds on the Ellsworths' doorstep. 5.3 miles, with some 30 second fartleks with a minute recovery between each one. 4 of these fartleks. 45 minutes total.

Math Problem of the Day: It is 287 miles from Pine View High School to Herriman High School. If the bus taking Pine View's athletes hypothetically travels at a constant speed of 65 mph, with a 30 minute break in Nephi, Utah for food and restrooms, what time will the bus reach Herriman High School if it leave Pine View High School at exactly 8:00 am?

Too hard. I can't even grasp that question
